The Swede-O® Neoprene Tennis Elbow Support helps relieve muscle and elbow joint pain associated with golfer's elbow, tendonitis, lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow), repetitive stress injuries, and supinator muscle strain while maintaining full range of motion. Use this support to apply targeted compression to the upper forearm.

The contoured design provides optimal compression over affected tendons while adjustable strap relieves strain of the overworked tendon. The strap offers easy application and adjustment. The material is soft and comfortable against the skin; bilateral design fits right or left elbow.

got a defect one

So I already owned one of their older models and I really liked it. Unfortunately it was a XL and that one stretched a lot more than expected from use so I decided to buy a size down. But this "New"one has a lot of seam defects, misshapen and was cut uneven. Also I dont think the large buckle is an improvement as it makes the brace bulky. Not sure why they changed it. Were they getting reports of it breaking? Its been fine for me and I use it for weightlifting. I've been pretty rough with it and it seemed sturdy. Here are some side by side comparisons the "new" one has busted seams ; you can see some pretty rough cuts and seams which make things feel odd when wearing. I mean I can clean them up my self, but as you can see quality has gone down from their previous which is disappointing.

good product for tennis elbow or golfers elbow

I love the brace and it has kept me pretty pain free wile I golf. I am a rare person who has had both golfers and tennis elbow..I just wish there was a brace with double cushion pads for both injuries at once!
