Most of our products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for three years. For warranty information on specific products, please refer to the specifications tab on our individual product pages.
Jeanie Rub Warranty
New Jeanie Rub® massagers carry a 3 year warranty on defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover improper usage of the massager, damage, or usage outside the design parameters outlined in the instruction manual. If we find that the massager has sustained damage as a result of improper use, we will quote the cost to repair the massager. Re-certified massagers carry a 90 day warranty.

Return Instructions
For orders placed directly with Core Products:
To provide you with the best service and to properly process your return, we require a Return Authorization (RA) number with every return. Please contact customer service at (800) 365-3047 to obtain your RA number. Return shipping on non-defective items is the responsibility of the customer.
For orders not placed directly with Core Products (doctor's office, DME Store, other website), please contact the retailer where you purchased our product(s).

Pricing on our website is in USD and we only capture funds in USD during checkout.
