Determine the level of support desired: Place the pillow on your sleeping surface and position the smallest roll (A) under your neck. Remain on the pillow for 5-10 min. Repeat this process by rotating the pillow and trying the remaining three support rolls (B-D). When you find your ultimate comfort level, note the letter (A-D) on the tag to ensure proper placement of the pillow when sleeping.
Adjusting to the pillow: It may take some time for your body to adjust to sleeping on this pillow, especially if you are new to sleeping on an orthopedic pillow. During the adjustment period, or if you begin to experience neck discomfort, reduce the amount of support by using a smaller neck roll, or a traditional sleeping pillow, until you sleep comfortably.
After the adjustment period: Once your body has adjusted to sleeping on this orthopedic pillow, you may wish to increase the amount of neck support or cervical correction. Rotate the pillow to the next larger neck roll (see tag sewn on product). You may require additional time to adjust to the increased support.

United StatesI discovered this pillow was not for me. Primariky it interferes with my CPAP mask and hose. Also, the center indention in the pillow was way too deep for the back of my head. It’s more like a hole almost. And the side panels for side sleeping were too small. I wish this pillow had just a very slight or no indenting at all. Had to ask for a refund and got refunded. Customer service is fast to respond and they do whatever to make you happy.

United StatesThis pillow is too complicated. And if you use the wrong side it can really hurt your neck. All the sides are very different and there are four options. Any time I change the sheets it’s hard to find the right side again.

United StatesI got this pillow at the recommendation of my chiropractor. She even had one for me to try. I loved it. When mine came in , I thought “this is much stiffer than what I tried.” I have it a shot. I have to say I’m hoping it gets softer over time. It’s like sleeping on a rock. I’ll give it its full trial but if it doesn’t soften up, it’s being returned.

United StatesAlthough I prefer firmer pillows, this one was much firmer than what I can tolerate, even after a few days trying to adapt to it, and using it on the A option. Also, I guess my neck is not long enough to be "cuddled" on the depression of the pillow, so it didn't work for me. For a taller person - I'm 5'2" - , maybe it could be a good option if you tolerate a very firm pillow.

United StatesThis has been a very long haul for me. I am a fan of the Tri-Core Cervical pillow, but I go through them too fast. I thought perhaps this hardier version would last longer. And it probably will because so far I haven't been able to find a sleeping position that works for me. I start out with this pillow and then usually switch to my old pillow about halfway through the night. I can't quite put my finger on what's preventing me from getting comfortable on this pillow, but I think it may be that the neck roll is fine, but the sides are too firm. I'm not sure, but I have yet to get a full night's sleep on it. The pillow is well-made and I'm still hoping it work for me up the road, so I can't recommend trying it or not trying it. The worse my neck gets, the more I am hoping it will one day work.
