I was using an extra pillow between my legs to help my posture while sleeping and I tried the Core Jackson Roll. It has worked well. It has a good balance of stiffness and softness, it holds it shape well, and it is smaller than a regular pillow. I bought a second one for my wife who is now using it also in place of a pillow.
It has been very hepful for resting my arm, as I recently fell and tore my bicep 💪 ligament. I recommend buying both.

I find the Jackson roll ti be just right for both side sleeping and back sleeping. I no longer waken with neck pain. I will never go back to regular pillows.
I wish the case was 100% cotton. The blend is a bit course. I also wish there were other colors to choose from, like white, pink, red. That said, I appreciate that there is a case made for the Jackson Roll.
