The Sitback Rest cushion was thoughtfully designed with posture in mind. Its contoured foam profile will support the lower back while the wings gently hug your sides. Back rest, no lumbar support

Neither the Deluxe nor the standard Sitback has lumbar support! The support is on the ribcage. Extremely uncomfortable for me, 5’4”, 115 lbs. I am very disappointed. They will be returned.

Perfect Solution

I have Muscular Dystrophy and use a three-wheel scooter to get around the majority of the day. I needed extra lumbar support and this product was the PERFECT solution. It allows me to sit straighter. It's extremely comfortable. I no longer experience fatigue in my lower back and have more energy. I purchased this same product for my mother three years ago (she is now 93) and she uses it every day in her recliner chair which was not providing enough support for her lower back. She said her back pain immediately stopped.

I purchased the sitback rest deluxe and with it, cams a warning that says : ‘cancer and reproductive harm’ This is of great concern. Can you please explain this. I would like to keep the pillow, but not if it causes cancer. Please respond asap.

Hello Wendy, The warning label you will find on some of our products is an effort to comply with California Proposition 65, also known as The Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986. Currently there is a 19 page document listing hundreds of chemicals that California feels are dangerous to its citizens at trace levels, even though experts throughout the rest of the world understand that reasonable minimum threshold levels of these chemicals are required to cause any known harm to human beings. Originally designed as a precautionary method, Proposition 65 causes manufacturers to provide a warning long before a threshold level that causes harm is reached. This California law allows anybody to sue a manufacturer by finding a trace level of any listed chemical in a product even if it is present in an amount 1,000 times below the 'no observable effect' level. In effect, this law exaggerates long term theoretical risks related to cancer and reproductive health and makes it harder for people to make reasonable choices. Since some of our raw material manufacturing processes use chemicals which California has determined as harmful, we are required to place a warning on our products to avoid being sued, not for causing harm to an individual, but because we potentially exposed them to a trace level of a chemical which may cause harm.
