It may take some time to adjust to this cervical pillow and immediate overuse may increase neck pain. Those who slowly ease their way into orthopedic correction by alternating between this pillow and their current pillow achieve the best results.

not just right

The pillow needed to be 4 inches wider, and 2inches higher, the foam is just a little too soft, needs to be harder.

I always keep a contour pillow in advance of needing a replacement, therefore, I have not tested whether I like the new vinyl covering. I must add, it sounds good and I will not be ready to use it for at least a year. Sorry. What bothers me is that in the last 10 years, the cost price has escalated from $16.00 to $25, to $35 and now $43. Whew! I have used this cervical pillow since circa 1960. I've given them as gifts, left one in my daughter's home in Maryland, and presently have two which I use one daily and one for travel, and there are 2 I just simply cannot discard. I leave those in my recreation room in the event someone would like to try it. And, give it to them to try and keep. End of Story. :--)
