I love how the filling is adjustable and the neck support is optional. It's taking me several days to adjust to this pillow, but I think it's a keeper!
It took me several days of removing and adding back pillow filling, but it has turned out to be a GREAT pillow for my NECK!! I occasionally have to readjust the cervical support piece, but it is really no problem. It works great! I love the blue cooling layer which is included and sewn in, because my head has sweat through pillows before, but not with this pillow. Best choice for me!!
So I needed a new pillow and tryed this one. I had to get use to the hard roll but the pillow is adjustable love that. its a great pillow .I might check to see if I can get a softer roll to try .When I get a bad headache different things helps. You really should try this pillow its worth every penny. Thank you.

Initially I had to adjust to the neck support. But now, I believe that it is one of the best pillows I have ever used. I love being able to adjust the pillow's loft so in the end I have a pillow uniquedly designed for me and my particular needs..
the jury is still out: have had the Cervaloft for a couple weeks now. I had read reviews and hints for getting used to it in the first place: removed a big hunk of the polyfil and put the neoprene roll on the bottom and filling on top. I tried it for few hours and would change it out. Did that for a few nights. Now I'm using most of the night and it DOES support my head and neck and most of my neck pain has disappeared so hoping for continued success.
Right out of the box I was impressed with the quality of the material. The fact that I can make changes in density according to my needs is so beneficial and makes the pillow always comfortable
I love everything about the concept of this pillow: the supersoft adjustable fill, the movable foam roll, the memory foam pad, the soft cotton cover! I removed a LOT of fill from the pillow, otherwise my head was pushed too far forward. I fall asleep on my back and tend to roll to my side(s) while sleeping, and I was pleased that I still had good support (especially for my neck) on my side. However much I adjusted the roll/fill, I still haven't found the sweet spot. I've been a Tri-Core pillow user for 10+ years after a whiplash injury, and I loved the idea of a more traditional pillow shape that would still support my neck. I'll keep trying this one, but I think maybe it doesn't fit my specific head/neck support needs.
