Use & Care

Instructions of Use

Slip the wide end of the support over the foot like a sock. Continue to pull the support upward, over the knee. The light colored material should sit directly over the back of the knee. Support should fit snugly, yet comfortably.

Easy

The knee sleeve is easy to use. I mainly use it at home after I have applied my massage oil on my knee. This helps keep the knee warm and allows the massage oil to work better.

Knee suppport

Fine. It’s a little tight in the calf and somewhat loose in the knee. I have to take it off after about an hour.
