I got the 2-1/2 for my husband and the 2 for myself. They are both perfect. My husband already had one and wore it out. Not too soft and not too hard.
The item came quickly. I ordered the collar to help me with my CPAP therapy for sleep apnea. My mouth drops way open when I fall asleep and so much air was leaking out of my mouth I could not get my therapy to be effective. I measured my neck as directed in the product info to get a collar the right height. I ordered a 3.5 inch tall collar. I turn it upside down so that there is not a dip under my chin. The collar holds my chin up all night and immediately and dramatically reduced the air leaking out of my mouth. My therapy started working much better the first night. I ordered the black so it won't show dirt as quickly. Very pleased with product.
