The Swede-O^® Adjustable Wrist Brace provides comfortable support and compression to help relieve pain and discomfort for weak, aching, or injured wrists. Use for mild to moderate wrist sprains, or post-cast support.

A removable palmar stay supports the wrist in a cock-up position. By design, this aluminum support is malleable, allowing for a custom fit based on positioning need. The low profile, bilateral form contours to the natural shape of the left or right wrist and hand for increased comfort and support.

This wrist brace features multiple closures which provide a customized fit, allow for variations due to swelling, and offer easy application and adjustment; bilateral design fits left or right hand.

Good quality and great help for my hand an wrist.

I had one brace similar to this years ago for my carpal tunnel problem after I broke my wrist. It was great, but it was for a specific hand. I like the fact that this fits either hand, and it appears to be made of good quality materials. It has helped me a lot and I often do not need it at night any more. It will always be around, though, because I never know when I might need it.

Good item, requiring special attention to keep from fraying

This is the second Core ****-up splint I've purchased for my husband, who had a stroke and has flaccid paralysis of his right hand. It keeps his hand in a neutral position at night, which is important for him. The first was purchased at Amazon for significantly less cost, but they no longer have this product. The wrist fit is not a good measure, as my husband's wrist size indicates "medium," but his hand requires a "large." Our first brace shredded after a few months, because the Velcro kept grabbing at the material when the brace was off. Core kindly refunded the cost. Now I lay the brace out very carefully, away from anything else, so that there is less of a problem. The brace is easy to put on and take off and remains secure and comfortable when on. It washes well.

Great Product

I am so glad I choice this over many others on the market. I had an old one for years that closed differently and I never liked it. I need to use this sometimes at work and I can because of how it closes. It helped my hand so much it actually stopped hurting. I also love that I can use it for either hand. Thank you for making such a great product. The price is good and the quality of the materials too,
