This works exactly the way it was designed - my wife loves it - I did not tell her how much it cost - she might not like it after that
My wife is rather “*****” and during an appointment she pointed out to me that the table caused her some discomfort and suggested I get some kind of extra cushion that would make her and other women more comfortable. Following her request I purchased this and set it up in one room as a trial run. I will admit that it was a little awkward when my clients asked me what it was for, and I had to explain its purpose, however after using it they all found it to be a great improvement over my traditional tables.
