Use the Adjustable Heel Lift to ease low back and hip pain caused by leg length discrepancies by adding lift under the heel of the shorter leg. This lift is durable and comfortable, and provides shock absorption to help relieve pain and discomfort from heel spurs, general heel bruising, tendonitis, and other clinical conditions.
Heel Spurs, General Heel Bruising, and Other Clinical Conditions
Use as a heel pad or to help absorb shock from heel strike. When using heel lifts for heel spurs, this product must be used bilaterally to prevent leg length deficiency. Not sold in pairs.
Achilles Tendonitis:
Start with the full thickness and remove one layer at a time, as tolerated, until the lift can be completely removed. It may be beneficial to the patient to place the lifts bilaterally in this situation so as not to create a leg length deficiency. Not sold in pairs.
The Adjustable Heel Lift is made with three layers of 1/8" sponge rubber secured with industrial-grade adhesive. The layers are easily peeled away to adjust the height of the lift from 0.375" (9.5mm) to 0.125" (3.2mm). A rubber bottom helps keep the lift in place in any closed heel footwear. The durable vinyl surface is treated to protect against UV and mildew. Adjustable height reduces inventory requirements.
Determine the appropriate thickness needed. If the full thickness is needed but cannot be tolerated initially, start with one thickness and later reattach the second and third layers as they can be tolerated. The layers can be reattached with heavy-duty rubber cement.

They were helpful in making my repaired leg feel an equal length to my good leg following surgery on a shattered hip from an ice skating accident. I am buying more so I can have a lift in each pair of shoes I wear without having to transfer the lift from one shoe to another. Sometimes they slide forward when I am putting on some shoes.
The item was way too hard on my heel and I could really feel where it stopped in the middle of my foot. Was hoping for a softer feel.

Since I change footwear often in the day it’s nice to be able to use it any shoe or boot -
The heel lifts are comfortable and cushioned. I was able to trim them to fit a narrow sandal.
the heel lift helps me a lot. My back does not hurt as much. lift stays in place.i have different shoes that I put them in as I wear the shoe.
I really like the product. My issue is this: My PT gave me large, because that's all they had in stock, and it had to be cut smaller. Your sizing chart says I should have small. The small slides and separates, so I feel it's too small. I went back to order medium and it is out of stock. I think the chart should be modify a bit.

After hip surgery my left leg is a little shorter than my right, the heel lift works great to help even my leg length. Thank you so much.
I like the fact that all the layers(3) are all the same thickness and I don't need to trim them on the sides before putting them in my shoe. I use two stacked together for one heel, and for my situation, they are very comfortable. They provide just the right height to make my walking easier.
This has been the perfect solution to getting rid of hip and low back pain. And so easy to customize to the perfect width . I’ve ordered enough to put into all my shoes !
