The Triple Action Sacroiliac Back Support with Pads eases pain and helps reduce stress on the pelvis by providing targeted compression to help stabilize the sacroiliac joint.
This support works by drawing the sacroiliac joints together. The overlapping pulls offer maximum support to the pelvic and lower back regions. The firm posterior pads, located on each side of the spinal column, offer extra compression. The pads can be removed if additional compression is not needed. The low profile design and durable elastic construction allows the support to move with you, making it ideal for active lifestyles.
6" (15cm) high elastic material is cool and comfortable against the skin. Flexible stays provide support and stability as well as help prevent the sides from rolling. The anatomical form contours to the natural curves of the waist and hips for comfort.

The item was kinda flimsy, and not supportive enough. I was hoping it would have been studier. The only good part of the design was the pads. Already had a more sturdy brace I got for half the price at Walmart.
I had originally rated this SI brace at 3 stars, but as I get used to it my opinion’s improving. I still think it’s too wide in front, and the crossover design of the secondary straps makes it hard to get off quickly, but the product is well made and effective. I ordered two more, for the long haul. Important note: some reviews say it’s too long; others say it’s too short. My advice is: give it a few good stretches before using it the first time!!! In my original order I got size L, which seemed too short, and I exchanged it for the next size up. After some time, the belt stretched to the point that it’s clearly too long, though still usable. My reorder was for size L. My hips measure 40” around, just in the middle of the 38”-42” range recommended for L. These work fine—because I gave them some good pulls out of the package.
It’s very hard to find sacroiliac back supports that have vertical stays or pads in them, and this item fills the bill. Compared to past ones i’ve owned (from a defunct manufacturer), this one seems overbuilt. I’d prefer it at 5 to 5.5’ high, rather than 6, and the design with the tighteners crossing each other makes it cumbersome to take off in a hurry. But it does stabilize the SI joint very well, no question.
I'm a returning customer to Core who purchased a replacement belt like the one above, which was still functional years later, but looking somewhat spent. Based on the size of the previous belt purchased, I ordered a size smaller or a medium, which unfortunately arrived an inch too short. When contacting Core, the staff couldn't have been more concerned that I be fully happy with my shopping experience and purchase, who immediately offered to mail a free preaddressed return label and the correct fitting belt in a size large. Per both my previous and present purchases, I have to rate Core, the product purchased, and the Customer Service a strong five-star experience. (Although this belt is not advertised to wear as a back support belt for weightlifting, I've used it for that purpose too for years and like it better than any of the previous two belts purchased and advertised specifically for weightlifting; Thus, it serves a dual purpose for me.)
This belt is a good width and has great support for my SI joint. I loved the belt but, in-spite of Measuring properly, It was to big. When I called to return it I was told that a smaller size would be shipped immediately and I didn’t have to bother with returning the larger one. Great product great customer service.
The belt is a little pricey but well worth it. I have trouble wearing it at work since I move around a lot. I wear it at home and works wonders for my SI joint pain. I would buy this again.
