United StatesI find narrow SI belts frustrating and gave this a try. The increased width of 6" makes a big difference... it stays in place and does not ride up to my waist and it does not roll. Initially, I was skeptical of the compression pad at the back, but found I really like the gentle pressure from it. Great for activities where I am squatting and bending a lot (like gardening).

United StatesThe rib belt fits great and love the velcro fastener. The knee brace is the best on the market. Do you plan to make an elastic back straightener? With all the seniors out there we are looking for one with velcro fasteners, not the belt type. Please advise.
