NelMed 3" Beige Ankle Support

I am in Singapore and started to use this product more than 15 years ago, prescribed by my orthopaedic doctor. However, I can no longer find this in Singapore, so have to resort ordering directly from you. It is an excellent product and long-lasting. It is strong and easy to use and clean. I just received the product yesterday, so it took 15 days to arrive.

Not long enough

they would work really well except when I asked if it would work on my 16 in.ankle I was told it should, well it does but very tight so I connected both straps because I bought two and now it fits well.

Length is wrong

Years ago I bought these and they were 21.5 inches long now you only make them 19.25 inches and I'm not counting the Velcro and they are too short.
