The Core^® CPAP Pillow provides increased comfort and compliance for CPAP users by helping prevent pressure point soreness and air leaks for a restful night's sleep. Although this pillow was designed by a CPAP user, it is also ideal for those who are required to sleep on their side or stomach for other reasons such as pregnancy, fibromyalgia, and chronic pain.

The unique shape and quilted side panels create a distinct edge, allowing the mask and hose to comfortably hang over the side of the pillow. This helps prevent mask/pillow interference and keeps the CPAP mask from moving or placing excessive pressure on the face. The resilient fiber fill supports the head while the crescent shaped cutout contours the shoulder for a restful night's sleep. The CPAP Pillow is firm enough to support the head without losing its edge, yet comfortable enough to sleep on all night.

BIPAP user finds comfort with Core CPAP Pillos

I have used Tri-Core Cervical pillows for 20+ years since my chiropractor gave me one after a car crash. I had high hopes for this style, but it is too soft for me and much smaller than I anticipated. After only a matter of days, I bought the Tri-Core Ultimate Cervical pillow which has been fantastic. I wish returning the $50 CPAP pillow was easier, since I then spent $100 on the second pillow that actually works for me.

Love it!

I’ve tried 3 or 4 different pillows before I found this one; so far this is the best one for my needs! I am a side sleeper & also a CPAP user, and this was the first one I found that supported my neck and shoulders more adequately. This is my 2nd one, the first lasting me 2-3yrs before needing to be replaced due to losing some height after nightly use. I figure that any pillow is eventually going to need replacing after awhile.

Can this pillow be ordered in lower loft than 4" or 3"? I have neck arthritis, am 4' 11", & regular sized cpaps and pillows are too big for my face/head. I use a neck pillow at night for support. My cpap is a full face mask that goes to under my nose. I suppose I can open the pillow and remove the excess loft if it's too high for me, but I'd much rather have a pillow I can use right away. We short people/women need aids fitted to our size. No longer is the typical cpap user a man with a big face and thick neck. Covid has caused many to need cpaps at night, so hopefully Core will take advantage of this to make pillows and equipment to fit smaller people. Thanks.

From what I can see no longer offer a CPAP specific pillow in the 3" loft or any pillow cases for said pillow. Is this correct? What current product is supposed to be a replacement for the 3" loft CPAP pillow? If so do you know any other sources of CPAP pillows? Regards, Fred Drew

The CPAP Pillow can be hand washed with cold water and mild soap. Dry by laying it on a flat surface. Do not machine dry.
