The Cerv-Align® Cervical Support Pillow has both the firm support of an orthopedic pillow and the comfort of a traditional sleeping pillow. Designed to help relieve headaches, neck pain, and muscle soreness, this pillow is commonly used to help manage a variety of conditions affecting the neck and shoulders.

While back sleeping, the extra firm fiber filled neck lobe contours to fit the shoulders and provides even support across the shoulder line while the conventional pillow area comfortably supports the head. For side sleepers or those who prefer the comfort of a traditional fiber or feather pillow, simply rotate the support lobe away from the neck. The fiber filled area gently cradles the head with down-like comfort and can be used to adjust to sleeping on the firm cervical lobe.

It may take some time to adjust to this cervical pillow and immediate overuse may increase neck pain. Those who slowly ease their way into orthopedic correction by alternating between this pillow and their current pillow achieve the best results.

Now this is perfect and having sound sleep. A silk cover for summer and or a wool fabric cover for winter days would be perfect.

I really like the shape of the pillow and the main part of the pillow with the indent. However, the cervical part with the neck roll is way too hard. And overall the pillow is a bit flat and the stuffing is pretty soft.

Exactly what I needed

I didn't need time to get use to this new pillow. Already on the first night it was perfect, no neck pain. I had douts regarding firmness but it's just the right firmness. Not to firm, not to soft.

Good but have to get used to it

I think this pillow is great. Especially at helping keep the neck aligned. Not cozy though, so it’s hard to get used to.

not for me

I purchased a Cerv Align in 2020 and I liked it. I used a few other pillows after it needed replaced. I decided to go back to a Cerv Align but this time it was to firm and I can't use it. Core products customer service helped me find another pillow to try.

Lovely comfortable pillow

I have found that the rounded neck support is a little too firm for me but having turned the pillow so that the neck support is at the top, allowing my head to be cradled in the middle of the two fluffy parts of the pillow, it has become my favorite and most comfortable pillow!

Works great!

This pillow works great for me. I am a back sleeper. I was using a different modded pillow that worked great for my neck. That pillow was putting pressure on the sides of my jaw though, because of the shape and of it. This pillow supports my neck great, and there is no side pressure on my jaw. I highly recommend.

Pillow is working for me!

As is typical of cervical pillows, it may take some time to get used to. Have other pillows handy to switch out while you get used to this pillow. I also have a Core Tri-Core cervical pillow and have found this Cerv-Align pillow suits my current needs, as it is a slightly softer pillow. As usual, Core Products are well made!

I have chronic neck and shoulder pain on my left side and have been diagnosed in the past with TOS and frozen shoulder. I am a back and side sleeper, looking for the best pillow.
