The Soothe-A-Ciser™ helps relieve headaches and neck pain associated with whiplash injury, tech neck, and other neck injuries by counteracting forward head posture. The lumbar extension provides firm support, placing the neck in a proper position to help reestablish proper cervical lordosis, reducing forward head posture.

Soothe a cizer
Surprisingly comfortable!!! I can feel my neck muscles relaxing and the resulting traction that gently pulls my neck vertebrae, making my neck and shoulders more pain free!! I love that I can also allow my arms to hang out and down at my sides, opening up the chest! Very happy with the material and design!
Sturdy support
I like the support of the cushion, but when I use it I seem to have lingering neck pain afterwards. The cushion itself is very well made. I am hoping to figure out how it will best benefit my neck issues. Overall, nice cushion and recommended to anyone looking for relaxing.
Pain in my neck
I currently own a 14 year old Core cervical product which has served me well but this new product is like going to a spa. I love it.
