Review of the disc, knee spacer

I think the disc is a bit too large for my size. When I rest my knee in it, there is still at least an inch and one-half of disc around the entire circumference which is not used. The excess then pushes against my thigh and the rest of my leg. Such is uncomfortable. For this reason, I would have given it three stars instead of four; but I am able to sleep with the spacer on one of my sides. Therefore, I gave the item four stars. Interestingly, it does not work for sleeping on my other side.

How did I sleep without this?

The Wonder Disc Knee Support Spacer has improved my sleep from the first night I used it. It helps keep my hips aligned and it doesn’t move during the night, even when I flip sides that I sleep on. I like it more than I ever imagined.

Too Thick

It is too thick and the carved out areas on the top and bottom are too deep. Ended up cutting about 2" out of the middle and putting it back in the case.

Too small, though concave in the middle, the edges hurt the legs for me. Doesn't stay in place well. I'm going to return mine, I prefer the regular pillow I use.

It wasn't adequate for support.. I need total support from the knees to the feet. I'm using a pillow again for support.

Not good, support spacer not comfortable & feels like me knee is lope sided. Would like to return it.

Different Knee Support

I like that it is concave because all of the other knee supports I have tried are the opposite - and not thick enough.This one is pretty good. I wish it were longer, more oblong shape. The cover is not zipper but it does come off so you can wash it.

Impressive product

I bought the Wonder Disc with a view toward proper hip and knee spacing overnight, so as to lessen pain in my hips and lumbar spine. The Disc arrived promptly and well-packaged. Its cover is washable (always a plus!) It had a good springy-ness to it: not too firm, but not too soft either. I think it would have worked well for me if it was smaller, as I am a smaller adult (5'3", 100 lbs.) But it was just too big for me. I asked the Core customer service department if it comes in different sizes yet, but unfortunately it does not. I returned the item, and my charge card was promptly credited. I love my Core pillow and have always enjoyed great customer service from this company, so now I plan to try a different Core product to address my current need.

Makes a difference

It took me a few nights to get used to the positioning and feel of it, but since then, I'm very comfortable with it. So much better than wrestling with a pillow between my knees. But last night, I did not use it and this morning I didn't feel as good. So, I'll be sure to use it each and every night. It also is very good quality.

Overall good product

I've been using it a good 2-3 months now and Im still quite satisfied. It takes a minute to get used to because of the thickness and shape but my back/hips feel much better when sleeping with this. I do like the indent, and it doesn't upset my knees. Prior to this i'd used a pillow, but this has definitely helped my lower back pain.
