The Soothe-A-Ciser with Hold and Cold Pack gives you the option of adding either hot or cold therapy to this gentle traction treatment.

Our Soothe-A-Ciser is made with durable polyurethane foam and covered in a soft nylon. Size: 21"x11"x7" (53cm x 28cm x 18cm).

Cold therapy reduces soreness and swelling, and provides temporary pain relief from sudden injuries, such as whiplash.

For day-to-day use, heat therapy relaxes tight muscles. The heat from the pack will further encourage the chest and neck muscles to soften and elongate.

Our unique Hot and Cold Packs are coated in frost-free fabric, not plastic, so you can apply the pack directly to your skin. No towel needed. The hook and loop closure makes the pack easy to attach and remove. Size: 6"x10" (15cm x 25cm).

Heat the Hot and Cold Pack in the microwave at 30 second intervals, kneading each time, until reaching the desired temperature. Store in freezer.
